"Ex-Progressive policyholder here. This was a night and day difference in the level of care and time compared to how Progressive treated me. To say Janet was top-notch in customer service would be an understatement. She answered all my questions and made sure I understood anything that wasn’t clear. I originally came in just to insure my vehicle, but between the pricing and the service, I ended up getting every type of insurance I qualified for. 12/10 service. They will take great care of you."

"I was shopping around for a new auto insurance policy . I was content with my last company policy however , there was a mistake on their part which made me cancel my policy . While researching other policies and quotes I was lucky that I called State Farm when I did . A very professional , experience insurance agent named Ashley answered .
